Assorted sizes & cuts
Box 169
Ambulatory and volant animals, emblems, wheat
The lack of any surviving sales materials and the general dearth of these items in collections today may provide enough evidence that these cuts were not moss-produced but more likely cut as custom orders. The exterior contours were cut with a router-pantograph, while the interior details would have required intensive hand finishing. No dates are included with the cuts, as this information cannot be substantiated with the surviving specimen catalog record.
